We wanted to express our thanks to Claudia from Pure Scandanavia for the great work she did for us in planning our recent visit to Scandanavia. The hotels were perfect, the transportation all meshed together, the long train journey to Rovaniemi was a treat to see such beautiful scenery. Claudia prepared a wonderful 13 night self guided itinerary of Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland for us following a discussion about what we were looking for in our trip.

We travelled on trains, a bus, boats and planes all without a hitch or stress. All accommodations were within walking distance of sights and transport.

Thank you so much Claudia our holiday in January 2024 till March to Norway Finland and Iceland it was wonderful you thought of every detail,  it was the most memorable holiday I have ever had,  any one thinking about using this company should absolutely do so without hesitation . Claudia was always very quick to reply to emails or messages if we needed anything.  We had a couple of issues due to weather but Claudia sorted it straight away , we also had contacts in a couple of countries that we could also contact if we had any issues.
Claudia had organised all of our activities Hotels, which were awesome and transport in between towns and countries. It was stress free we didn’t have to think about anything, just follow the daily itinerary, and to make sure we were on time.So a huge thank you to Pure Scandinavia for all their time and effort and putting an amazing itinerary Together for us, I look forward to doing another trip with you in the future. You were so professional reliable and flexible and worked out an  itinerary that suited our needs perfectly

My first experience with Pure Scandanavia was when I saw their advertisement for Lapland Christmas adventure on Facebook in early 2023.
I was in Brisbane picking up a new car to drive back to Townsville and thought I would make an appointment with Claudia in her Maroochydore office on my way through.
As soon as I mentioned my drive, Claudia immediately offered to meet me at a location on the Bruce Highway, rather than me adding to my already long drive home.
This type of Customer Service definitely influenced my decision to book through Pure Scandanavia.
Claudia not only organised a wonderful, personalised experience in Finland, she also provided advice on my family’s travel prior to reaching Helsinki and recommended locations, hotels, transport and timeframes, all of which perfectly suited our needs and made our arrival and departure at each location a lot less stressful. The transportation that Claudia recommended between Copenhagen, Stockholm, Tallin and Helsinki made for a much broader experience for us.
The accommodation, location and activities included in Pure Scandinavia’s tour in Lapland were all fantastic and suited our needs. The local knowledge Claudia had from living in Finland, together with the personal touches from her family made the experience a lot more authentic.
With any holiday there were a couple of hiccups along the way, however after a phone call to Claudia everything was sorted without a fuss.

We would like to thank Claudia for organising our amazing trip to Inari. There are no words to describe the experience that my wife and I had. We were very fortunate to see the Northern lights on 3 different occasions. Our stay in the cabins was a dream come true. The activities where so much fun (warning it is incredibly cold) but we are so happy we did it.
Claudia was incredibly professional, kind , full of knowledge about the area, gave us some great tips on clothing to take. We would recommend anyone thinking to do this trip to do it, you will not regret it. Claudia will help you have the trip of a lifetime.

My experience with Lapland Fantasy Tour during Decemeber, organized by Pure Scandinavia and led by the incredible Claudia was nothing short of magical! From start to finish, every moment was filled with enchantment, wonder, and seamless organization.

Firstly, Pure Scandinavia's attention to detail and commitment to providing an authentic experience truly set the tone for the entire journey. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated, ensuring that we got to experience the best of Lapland.

Claudia, our tour guide, was an absolute gem. Her passion for the region was infectious, and her knowledge and history added a rich layer to the entire tour. Her warm and friendly demeanor made everyone feel welcome.

One of the highlights was undoubtedly the chance to engage in unique winter activities, from husky sledding and reindeer safaris to snowmobiling.

Just finished a 15 day self-guided tour organised by Pure Scandinavia. A great experience with all the arrangements working smoothly and bonus early snow in Lapland. Much less stressful than it would have been to sort out hotels, trains, ferries etc ourselves. Highly recommended.
