Welcome to Finland—the magical land of a thousand lakes and endless winter wonder.
Your adventure happens in Rovaniemi, the heart of Finnish Lapland and the official hometown of Santa Claus.
Lapland feels like stepping into a real-life snow globe. One moment you’re surrounded by city lights and the next moment you’re in peaceful, untouched wilderness. It’s a place of beautiful contrasts, where the stillness of snowy forests meets the excitement of Arctic adventures.

Arrive Rovaniemi and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, meet your tour escort in the hotel lobby for a welcome information session during which you’ll receive details of the programme for the following days.
The first day of your Lapland Adventure and a very busy one! Begin the day with a visit to a traditional reindeer farm and enjoy a sedate sedate reindeer sleigh ride through snowy forest.
Next stop, the festive spirit of Santa Claus Village, where the magic of Christmas lives all year round. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch before the pace picks up with an exhilarating husky safari. Take a speedy ride through the snowy landscape drawn by a team of enthusiastic huskies. It’s a thrilling experience!
As night falls, head out into the wilderness for your first Northern Lights adventure. Away from city lights, you’ll search the skies for the magical Aurora, one of nature’s most breathtaking displays.
Another day of unique experiences with a visit to Ranua Wildlife Park, the northernmost zoo in the world. Set within peaceful forest surroundings, the Wildlife Park offers a chance to see Arctic animals up close in environments that reflect their natural habitats.
Enjoy a guided walk through this unique setting before sitting down to a warming buffet lunch.
Return to Rovaniemi later in the afternoon and enjoy dinner at your hotel this evening.
After dinner, how about joining an optional activity: a snowmobile safari through snowy trails or head out once more in search of the Northern Lights, perhaps while toasting marshmallows under the Arctic sky. Or, for something unique, go for Aurora Ice Floating.
Before you free time today, it’s time for snowmobiling. After a safety talk from your guide and equipped with outdoor suit, gloves and helmet, set off with your guide for a drive through the forest. Children will be seated in a sleigh. NB: Drivers Licence required to drive snowmobile.
Reminder of day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Rovaniemi offers something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for culture, adventure, or a bit of both.
Explore the Arktikum Museum and learn about the Sami people, the indigenous culture of the far north. Or dive into outdoor activities like snowshoeing or give ice fishing a go.
Looking for the truly unique? Then try Ice Karting—racing across frozen tracks in true Finnish style.
Later, come together once more for a final Northern Lights excursion—one last chance to witness the sky dancing in shimmering colour.
